An evaluation meeting was held at our University on 14 April 2026 in the Senate Hall of Block C of the Rectorate. The meeting was chaired by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ramazan ÖZÇELİK and Prof. Dr. Cengiz ÖZEL, Coordinator of the Vocational Schools Coordination Office (MEYOK).
The meeting addressed the University's quality activities and MEDEK accreditation processes, efforts to ensure the effective evaluation of academic staff, and, in line with the objectives of the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, the effectiveness of vocational education in business and internship practices, together with the challenges encountered.
At the close of the meeting, decisions were taken to update the mission and vision statements, to diversify measurement and assessment methods in alignment with program outcomes, to improve the English web pages, to update the advisory boards, to prepare self-assessment reports, to carry out work on vocational education in business processes, and to request training and information activities in the relevant fields.
